How leads reach you
Vetted Home Pros is the homeowner-facing brand. Vetted Lead Network is the partner side: roofing companies like yours that buy those leads. Here is the whole path in plain terms.
-
A homeowner fills out our quiz. They tell us their ZIP code, what their roof needs (full replacement, partial replacement, repair, or not sure), roof age, timeline, and what matters most to them.
-
We verify their phone. The homeowner enters a one-time code we text them. A lead only counts as billable if the phone passed this check.
-
We match them to you. If their ZIP is on your approved list and you are not paused or over your daily cap, you can be their Priority Match. If more than one partner covers the ZIP, we rotate fairly.
-
The homeowner may ask for extra quotes. After matching, they can request one or two more quotes from other partners. If you receive a lead this way it is a Requested Quote. Same price, same rules.
-
We deliver the lead. It appears in your portal and goes to your email and phone by text. If you connected a CRM, it is created there too. Delivery time is recorded, and your 48-hour dispute window starts then.
-
You call within five minutes. Speed is everything. We recommend a first attempt within five minutes and at least five attempts over two days, by call and text.
-
You set a status in your portal. New, Contacted, Booked, Sold, or Lost. This helps us route better and keeps your records straight.
-
We bill once a day. Each day we charge your card on file for the leads whose 48-hour window closed and were not disputed. See the Billing FAQ.
What makes a lead billable
Section titled “What makes a lead billable”A lead is billable when all of these are true at delivery:
- The homeowner said they own a residential property.
- The request is a residential roofing job. Exclusions you listed at enrollment (for example metal, tile, flat roofs, or mobile homes) are honored.
- The property ZIP is on your approved list at the time of delivery.
- The phone passed verification, and name, phone, and property location are present.
- The same homeowner was not delivered to you in the previous 30 days.
- We recorded a delivery timestamp to your portal and your other destinations.
If any of these is wrong, dispute the lead within 48 hours.
