Connect with Zapier or Make
Use this guide when your CRM is not listed on its own page. Roofr, Leap, ServiceTitan, Jobber, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, and most others have a Zapier or Make app with a “Create contact” or “Create lead” action.
What you need: a Zapier or Make account, and your CRM connected to it. What we need from you: one webhook link.
-
Create a Zap. Log in to Zapier and click Create, then Zaps.
-
Choose the trigger. Search for Webhooks by Zapier and choose the event Catch Hook. Click Continue.

-
Add your CRM action. Click the plus, search for your CRM, choose Create Contact or Create Lead, and map the fields:
first_name,last_name,phone,email,address,city,state,zip. Putlead_idin a notes field if there is one.
