ServiceTitan, Roofr, Jobber, Leap, Housecall Pro and other CRMs

If your CRM is not GoHighLevel, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, HubSpot, or a Google Sheet, this is your page. We connect these CRMs for you through our own integration account. You do not need Zapier, Make, or any other tool, and there is nothing for you to pay for or maintain.

How it works

1. Tell us your CRM. In your portal open Finish setup, then CRM connection, and pick your CRM from the list. If it is not there, choose Other and type its name.

2. Give us access, the easy way. Depending on the CRM, that is either an API key you copy from your settings, or a one-time sign-in on a short call. The table below says which. We never ask for your password by text or email.

3. We build and test it. Our team wires the connection and sends the test lead named VLN Test. You confirm it landed, and you are live.

What we need from you, by CRM

What happens on the call

Alyssa, your customer success manager, shares a screen and opens the connection page for your CRM. You type your own login. We do not see the password and nothing is saved on our side except the permission your CRM grants. Ten minutes later you watch the test lead arrive in your CRM.

What we create in your CRM

For every lead we create the record your CRM uses for a new prospect, with the homeowner’s name, phone, email, and property address, and the source Vetted Lead Network where your CRM has a source field:

The full list of fields we send is on the lead fields page. If you want leads assigned to a specific person or dropped into a specific pipeline stage, say so when you pick your CRM in the portal and we set it that way.

Check it worked

When the test lead named VLN Test arrives, reply got it in your portal or to the text you received. Until then, and if anything ever breaks later, your leads keep coming by email and text the moment we deliver them, so speed to call never depends on the CRM connection.

Have your own Zapier or Make already?

Some partners run their own Zapier or Make account. If you would rather receive leads there, choose Other in your portal and paste your Catch Hook or custom webhook address in the webhook box. We send every lead to it as JSON using the field names on the lead fields page. Optional, and you cover that account’s cost.
