When do you charge?

A lead was bad. Do I get a refund?
Section titled “A lead was bad. Do I get a refund?”You get a credit, not a cash refund, and only if you dispute it in the portal within 48 hours for one of the six covered reasons. If the dispute is approved before we charge, the lead is left off the bill. If it is approved after, the credit comes off your next invoice. Cash refunds are only for billing errors on our side, such as a double charge.
Can I dispute a lead who did not answer?
Section titled “Can I dispute a lead who did not answer?”No. Not answering, not booking, changing their mind, choosing another company, and price shopping are normal outcomes and not covered. If your contact rate is unusually low after at least ten leads, and you followed the recommended contact practice, your customer success manager reviews it case by case.
What if my card fails?
Section titled “What if my card fails?”Leads keep flowing after one failure and we retry after 24 hours. After two failures in a row leads pause until the invoice is paid. You get a secure link to pay with any card; that card is saved for next time. Details on Update your card.
Does pausing stop charges?
Section titled “Does pausing stop charges?”Pausing stops new leads within a minute. Leads already delivered are still charged when their window closes. See Pause and resume.
How do I stop completely?
Section titled “How do I stop completely?”Email or message us from the portal. The agreement is month to month and ends on written notice. Leads delivered before your notice are still billed.
